No, we don't share "rough drafts." We show all drawings the day of your appointment to ensure clear communication and to prevent art theft. If you want to make changes to the drawing, we are happy to do small adjustments during the appointment time.

If you have concerns about your project or feel that face-to-face communication is more fitting for you, we are happy to schedule in-person consultations after the e-Consult Form is filled out via email.

Once you have received a time and cost estimate for your tattoo from your artist, we can move forward with scheduling. You and your artist will work together to find a day and time that fits both of your schedules. 

Deposits are required to secure your appointment date and time. An invoice will be sent to you for the required deposit amount, which will be deducted from your total appointment cost at the end of your appointment. Deposits are required to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. If your deposit is not paid, your tentative appointment is subject to be offered to another client. Only when your deposit is paid is your appointment secured and your tattoo officially scheduled.

All deposits are non-refundable. We require at least 48-hour notice before your appointment to reschedule otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. You may reschedule up to 2 times before you will lose your deposit, and your deposit is transferable with these 2 reschedules.

If you're running behind, please give us a call! We are flexible and want to work with you. There is a 15-minute grace period for your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, you will forfeit your deposit and your appointment will be considered cancelled.

Week before:

Make sure you are staying out of the sun, away from mosquitoes, and applying lotion! Taking care of yourself, especially your skin, prior to your appointment is just as important as your Aftercare routine.

Check in with yourself and make sure you're feeling well - you have 48 hours to reschedule! And be honest with us about any last minute procedures and medication changes! If you're on antibiotics, you should reschedule your tattoo.

Day before:

Get plenty of sleep and make sure you're hydrated! Avoid drinking or other excessive caffeine. Don't expect to run a marathon the day before then come get a tattoo (and, yes, this has happened before).

Day of:

Make sure you eat within 4 hours of your appointment start time, pack snacks and something to drink, and remember to bring your (valid) ID! Please be on time, if not a little early, for your appointment!

We have a parking lot on the WEST side of our building (or the right side if you're facing our front door), located at 1010 Main Ave in Fargo. Street parking is not allowed.

No. We solely tattoo humans who are 18-years-old and up!

Peeling, flaking, scabbing, itching, and build-up behind the bandage are all normal. You may also experience light irritation and stinging after the fact.

What should I look out for? (signs of infection/reaction)

Intense inflammation that begins to expand beyond the tattooed area. 

• Yellow pockets of puss 

• Severe pain extending further than the tattooed area. 

• Heat lasting more than a couple days. 

• With adhesive bandage if the bandage begins to itch, burn, or appear inflamed along the perimeter it is probable that an allergic reaction is occurring and you should remove bandage immediately.

• Reach out to your doctor if you have persistent signs of infection.

• Don't: Use washcloths or cloth towels.
  Do: Use paper towels

• Don't: Take baths, soak the tattooed area, or go swimming (for at least 2 weeks).
  Do: Shower regularly

• Don't: Expose the tattooed area to direct sunlight or tanning lights (for at least 2 weeks).
  Do: Leave the tattoo unbandaged once the bandage has been removed.

• Don't: Drain or puncture the bandage.
  Do: Wash the area and buildup once the bandage is removed.

• Don't: Use scented lotions, Neosporin, Bacitracin, vitamin E ointment, Vaseline, A&D, or Aquaphor.
  Do: Use unscented lotion or designated tattoo aftercare.

• Don't: Scrub, pick, or scratch.
  Do: Use your fingertips to gently clean or apply lotion.

• Don't: Use Google for help instead of contacting your artist for any questions or concerns.
  Do: Contact your artist for any questions or concerns.

• Keep the bandage on for 3-4 days. If irritation occurs remove immediately using soap and water to ease the adhesive.

• Once the bandage is fully removed wash the area using only your fingertips and unscented anti-bacterial liquid soap. Remove all residue and buildup by gently rubbing your fingertips in a circular motion.

• Allow tattoo area to air dry, do not use cloth. If you get impatient, you may use a paper towel - patting gently.

• Apply a thin layer of unscented lotion or designated tattoo aftercare product.

• If your bandage comes off prematurely, wash the area immediately and follow the instructions listed above.

• Clean the area 3-5 times per day for the first three days, then wash the area as part of your shower. Remember to wash the tattooed area last.

• Leave the bandage on for at least one hour, but no longer than 24 hours.

• Once the bandage is fully removed,  wash the area using only your fingertips and unscented anti-bacterial liquid soap. 

• Allow tattoo area to air dry, do not use cloth. If you get impatient, you may use a paper towel - patting gently.

• Apply a thin layer of unscented lotion or designated tattoo aftercare product.

• Clean the area 2-5 times a day for the first three days, then wash the area as part of your shower. Remember to wash the tattooed area last.
